– Deliveries go out twice a week, Monday (last order 3pm Sunday), Thursday (last order 3pm Wednesday) except if it falls on a public holiday.

Refund or exchange in case of changing your mind, order mistake or personal taste preference is not possible due to it being a meat product.
In case of product problem, please forward photographic evidence with a message of explanation to gingerandtreaclecafe@gmail.com, within two days of receipt of product and an exchange or refund will be offered without quibble.
Refunds will be processed via issuing credit card or online transfer. Credit card refunds may take up to five days (excluding public holidays and weekends) to process.
