Something from a can isn’t our idea of good food, so we make virtually everything we need on premises. That means all sausages, bacon, black pudding, pulled pork, pasta sauces, fruit preserves, jams and pies: No preservatives, no artificial anything, and all from our little kitchen. Our sourdough bread is made to our specifications by a thoughtful independent baker, from milled French flour, wild yeast, with the luscious smell and taste of organic wholemeal and granary flours.
